We’re on a mission to build the leadership and capacity of spokespeople with lived experience. StoryLab shifts who tells the story about drugs in Australian media. We do this by training, supporting and pitching people with lived experience to share compelling stories that promote an open and honest approach to drug use.
Storylab launched in February 2020 and has already recruited and trained the first cohort of lived-experience speakers with media skills, techniques of effective communication and research-based messages that provide a constructive frame to personal narratives.
